Teddy's Red Tacos

I was unbelievably eager to try some authentic tacos from LA. I've seen teddy's red tacos all over Instagram for its vibrant red colour and epic stewed meat. We got the Deluxe plate which had a mix of Tacos, Mulitas, Quesadilas and a cup of the Consome (beef stew juices). This was epic. The meat. Homagawd. Incredibly tender and just melts. The flavour of the meat was unbelievable. Packed with spice and citrus. Just cooked to perfection. We got cilantro and onion on all which added some freshness and flavour. But the show stopper is the consome. Made to dunk each taco into the magical juices and create the best bite possible. Adds heaps of flavour and allows the tortilla and meat to soak up all the epic juices. The quesedilla was my favourite as the cheese added even more flavour and binded everything together perfectly. Beware this was deceptively filling. Brilliant, but heavy. The raddishes were a nice touch though!
