A classic 1960's New York diner

212 Pearl St, New York, NY 10038, USA

Of course, being in America we had to go to a diner. Luckily there was one close to where we were staying, so we decided to go get some breakfast food. We both got waffles with bacon and sausage. I was very grateful they gave us a huge jug of maple syrup because I poured an insane amount over everything and it was fantastic. The waffle was super crispy and fluffy inside. It soaked up the butter and syrup really nicely. The bacon was ok, but I ordered Canadian bacon by accident. We definitely got the full diner experience just by being in this exciting fast paced atmosphere with a very 'New York' waitress.
